Project Description
Kok Construction participated in the open tender by ClassA for the project of constructing a 3-storey factory/office building, a single-storey TNB(Tenaga Nasional Berhad) sub-station and one guardhouse.
Having multiple years of industrial construction experience, we pitted our talents and capabilities against the very best of the industrial construction industry in Penang, Malaysia. We eventually came out on top thanks to our dedicated team of talents in the construction field, winning Kok Construction the contract
The project was a good challenge to the team with a sizable build-up area of 160,000sqft and a construction time of approximately 12 months to complete. The end result was satisfying to our client and today houses the operation of ClassA Industrial (M) Sdn. Bhd. And it’s many employees.
